The following Terms & Conditions regulate online purchases made through the website www.Lubar.it, owned and managed by Magma Srl. Magma Srl will hereinafter be referred to as Lubar.it.

The Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Lubar.it and you (the Users), regulating your access to and use of any content and features available on the website www.Lubar.it.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, so we invite you to periodically visit this section to review the current Terms & Conditions as they are binding for the user.

By filling out the appropriate order form and submitting it to the Seller following the instructions available online, you propose to the Seller the purchase of the products covered by the order, under the conditions set out in the order proposal and in these Terms & Conditions.

However, the contract will be considered concluded only with the confirmation of the acceptance of the order by the Seller, which will be sent to you electronically, to the email address indicated in the order form, to which a copy of these Terms & Conditions will be attached. To proceed correctly with the purchase, we invite you to follow the procedure below:

1. Carefully read these Terms & Conditions referred to by the appropriate link in the order form, remembering to print a copy or save it on another durable medium available to you. If you do not agree with any of the points listed in the Terms & Conditions, please do not send any order to the Seller;
2. To allow you to carefully consider your purchase choice, the order form contains a summary of all relevant information regarding: the Seller's identity; the essential characteristics of the ordered products; the final selling price, including all taxes and duties, and the related payment methods; shipping costs and methods.
3. Carefully fill in all fields marked as mandatory in the order form; in case of errors, you can still correct or modify the entered data until the order is submitted.

The purchase of products for sale on the Site is reserved for individuals aged 18 or over under Italian law and who intend to purchase the products for sale for purposes unrelated to their professional activity as final consumers. The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders received in the following cases:

1. the order is not complete or has been incorrectly filled out;
2. the shipping address indicated in the order is not located in one of the countries reached by the Seller or if it is located in a country other than that of the website through which the order was placed;
3. the ordered products are no longer available; in this case, we will notify you of the non-acceptance of the order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the day following that of sending the order by you.

The Seller also reserves the right not to process future transactions with customers who have proven unreliable during the reception of products. The language that can be used for the conclusion of the contract is English. Once the purchase is completed, we will send you an email with a summary of all the information already specified in the order form and the link to the Terms & Conditions, so you will find: Seller's details, essential characteristics of the ordered products, price including all taxes and charges, shipping costs and methods, conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and times and methods for collecting or returning products. In any case, the received orders and the related Terms & Conditions will be stored electronically by the Seller for the purpose of correct execution of the contract and in any case within the terms of the law; you can always check the status of your orders by accessing the appropriate section on the Site.

General Clauses
If any term or condition of this agreement is invalid, contrary to law, ineffective or unenforceable under applicable local law, such invalidity, illegality, ineffectiveness or unenforceability shall not affect the other valid, lawful, effective and enforceable terms or conditions, which shall remain valid and applicable between the parties. In case of invalidity, illegality, ineffectiveness or unenforceability, to achieve a result as close as possible to the original intent of the parties, the parties will negotiate in good faith on how to replace the defective provisions, or in case of failure to reach an agreement the decision will be up to the competent court according to law.


The Seller reserves the right not to sell its products to certain specifically selected buyers, for example in cases of purchases made by subjects whom the Seller, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusing or have already abused the online sales service. This right is reserved by the Seller to prevent abuse and will not be exercised to discriminate on the basis of sex, race, language, religion, political opinions, personal and social conditions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The transaction that is the subject of the order proposal, once accepted by the Seller, constitutes a valid contract between the Seller and the buyer.
The Contract is governed by Italian Law and the competent Court to resolve any dispute directly or indirectly connected with the interpretation, completion and execution of the Contract and the Terms & Conditions will be the Court of Milan, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
