Castelluccio BIO and DOP extra virgin first-press olive oil, obtained by cold pressing. The early harvest of the olives, which takes place from early September to October, and the particularly windy hilly terrain allow for a premium quality oil without the use of pesticides. LùD’oliva is a pure, fragrant oil with a decisive taste, ideal to serve raw and to always have on the table.
